SHIPPING TIMES & COST? 
We offer various shipping options in order to best meet your needs.
Free ground shipping is offered in the United States on us for all styles! For all sample sale items the client pays for shipping. 
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery mode and destination. Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

We try to ship all orders within 2 working days. Expected delivery times should be taken as a guide only. Moreover, we are not responsible for any delays caused by credit card authorization processes in regard to the shipping date.

We'd like to inform you that during sales, shipments may be delayed by up to 2-3 working days. We apologies for any inconvenience.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We offer various international shipping options in order to best meet your needs.
All international orders are subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. These fees can be estimated and pre-paid during checkout to avoid clearance issues on import. Should you need more information prior to purchase please contact us at alex@fspworld.co
HASSLE FREE EXCHANGES
Exchanges are free. Try our products from the comfort of your home. If you need to exchange them, we will collect from your home, work or an alternative address. 
We gladly offer exchanges for the same color/style or value within 14 days of receiving your original order. To request an exchange, please email alex@fspworld.co with the size you require.

Kindly note, returns for exchange must be returned within 48 hours of exchange authorization to guarantee your new item will be processed and shipped by our warehouse.

Once we have received your exchange order and approve the return, we will dispatch your new order.
14 DAY RETURN POLICY
Client happiness and satisfaction is our top priority here at Femmes Sans Peur. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at alex@fspworld.co or via our chat bot on our website, Monday through Friday between 9am - 7pm EST.
We will gladly accept returns on items (except items marked "Final Sale”) for a full refund within 14 days from time of delivery. Items must be unworn and have all original tags attached. Items with any damages or worn soles will be rejected and returned to sender.
The following items are final sale and not returnable:
  • All items marked "50% Off”
  • Face masks
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Hand-painted items
  • Custom Items
Service charges, such as Shipping or Gift Wrap, are not eligible for refunds.

 

    NEED TO RETURN?
    We are happy to provide a complimentary return shipping label which will be deducted from your refund.Please email alex@fspworld.co to request a return label within the 14 day return window. Kindly allow up to 10 business days from the time your return is shipped to process your refund.Should you choose to return your purchase via your own courier, please email us the tracking number so that we can follow the shipments return. \

       

        HOW DO I RETURN?
        Footwear must include the original shoebox and dust bag in their original condition. We cannot accept shoes that have been damaged.Returning footwear that is damaged, in a damaged shoebox or without the original shoebox cannot be accepted and will be sent back.We take every care to ship our shoes to you in perfect condition! If you are returning or exchanging your shoes, we appreciate you taking the same care to return them in the condition they were sent to you in. 
        All returned shoes must be stuffed with their tissue and securely placed within their protective foam pouches and placed in their original shoe box and include the dust bag provided. Please pack your return in the same shipping box that we sent to you or protective packaging for shipment. Please note returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of your return authorization email.
