14 DAY RETURN POLICY

  • We will gladly accept returns on items (except items marked "Final Sale”) for a full refund within 14 days from time of delivery. Items must be unworn and have all original tags attached. Items with any damages or worn soles will be rejected and returned to sender.

  • All items marked "50% Off” or more on our website are considered final sale and not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit regardless of size.

  • All returns are the clients responsibility and should have a tracking number so that we can follow the shipments return.

    NEED TO EXCHANGE?

    • We gladly offer exchanges for the same color/style or value within 14 days of receiving your original order. To request an exchange, please email alex@fspatelier.com with the size you require.
    • Kindly note, returns for exchange must be returned within 48 hours of exchange authorization to guarantee your new item will be processed and shipped by our warehouse.
    • Once we have received your exchange order and approved the return, we will dispatch your new order.

    HOW DO I RETURN?

    • Footwear must include the original shoebox and dust bag in their original condition. We cannot accept shoes that have been damaged.
    • Returning footwear that is damaged, in a damaged shoebox or without the original shoebox cannot be accepted and will be sent back.
    • All returned shoes must be securely placed within their original box with the dust bag provided. Please pack your return in protective packaging for shipment.
    • Please note returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of your return authorization email.

    WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

    • We kindly ask that you allow 3 - 5 business days from the time we receive your package for returns to be processed. Process time may be longer during peak seasons.
    • Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or gift card, as applicable.
