HOW IT WORKS

• 75 Days before each estimated shipment date you will receive an email requesting a confirmation of color. Without a response we'll choose what our Creative Director has decided to be the "it" color of the season. 
• 60 Days before each estimated shipment date you will receive an email confirming your style, color and size. 
• 30 Days before each estimated shipment date you will receive a confirmation and be charged for the upcoming delivery.
• Shipment Date: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Returns: You have 18 calendar days from the Shipment Date to try on your new pair of FSP shoes to ensure they fit. If not, we will provide a return label and full refund for any unworn style returned in its original package.
